Feeling the Ripples of Tropical Storm Karen

Sometimes I just want to scream: HELP ME!

Even when I know no one can help. It's the need to release, to accept my suffering, to not surrender entirely to the pain. This is due to being a Migraineur, excessively sensitive to any atmospheric pressure shifts.

AND what terrible pain I'm getting right now as Tropical Storm Karen dances South of us, not even that close yet. I'm entirely lost in a blurring, tension squeezing, mind waterlogging, trap...
